Cleaned our dryer vent after 15 years of never having it done. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything as clear as possible, and insured me there would be no dmage as he climbed on my rooftop. He even displayed his camera and ran it through the dryer duct and it showed all the lint, clear as day. Highly, highly recommend.

Scott came out to do a simple dryer vent cleaning. He got a lot of lint out but had one hunk of what appeared to be lint that was not cooperating. He used a vent camera to find and show me that it was a break in the dryer vent at the 90 degree bend with what appeared to be insulation. I was crushed. It had to be reconnected in the soffit. Scott said he could do it! He had the tools and other parts. Well it was more involved that he thought but he kept at it and fixed it completely! Tested air flow and all is good. This is one talented individual who will do a great job. He’s professional, communicates with you from start to finish so you know what’s going on, charges reasonable rates, and is very conscientious. Could not be more happy!

Scott came by on the same day I called! Thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent, replaced a bad coupling behind the dryer, and also fixed a problem that I had with my lint screen. Fantastic.

I highly recommend calling Legacy to clean out your dryer vents. My choosing Legacy was based on other reviews. Scott did not disappoint. He was on time, did a thorough job, was personable, and willingly shared knowledge answering questions I had. The best part is that he honored his online quote and did not try to hard sell me on other services when arriving.

Scott was excellent to work with! He was extremely thorough with dryer duct cleaning and addressed additional issues with the dryer. He arrived on time and worked carefully to achieve great results. Will definitely be calling him annually for our cleaning.

I had been putting off getting our dryer vent cleaned for a while and am so happy that I contacted Scott. He was able to work us in quickly and made the entire process hassle free. He was thorough and explained everything to me every step of the way.

I was just outside of the service radius, but Scott was able to fit me in. He was very professional. He tested the existing airflow (around 350), and he found an old birds nets in the vent pipe! He cleaned it all out, used his special machine to scrub the pipes and vacuumed up all of the junk that came out. He left the laundry room cleaner then he found it. He made sure to use drop clothes from the front door to the laundry room to protect our new floors. Once he was all done, he tested the airflow again, and it was nearly 1300 (1500 is best) – so it was a major improvement. It also turns out that the vent cover that was installed on the house by the builder is incorrect and he is recommending a new type cover to install. If I could give him seven stars, I would. Excellent work. I would hire him again in an instant.

We’ve had our dryer vent cleaned before but not like this. Scott was descriptive about his process and did a very thorough job. He showed us how much he was able to remove and it was a lot. I highly recommend!
