Took pics, documented before and after progress, and kept me in the loop as the cleaning progressed. He showed us all the lint collected, the amount of lint collected from inside the dryer, and even upgraded some of the hardware for a great cost.

Today I called and spoke with Scott. I asked Scott alot of questions and he answered them to my satisfaction. He did not have his schedule handy and told me he would call me back with available times for him to clean my dryer vent. I was called back within 90 minutes and he was able to do the work today. His behavior is professional. The explanation of what and why he is performing functions caused me to give him unconditional trust. The work was completed in less than 1:30 hours. Do I recommend Scott……EMPHATICALLY YES.

Scot Busby was great. My landlord said my dryer vent had been cleaned by their company. My dryer still was not drying my clothes. Scott found not one but two birds nest in my dryer vent. He completely cleaned the vent, contacted the owner and the owner volunteered for Scott to send him the bill, which saved me $. Without the pictures Scott sent through his dryer vent camera, I would have been stuck with the bill.
